     Credit cards accepted through PayPal, payment plans available. I can accept two clients each month on a sliding scale basis; please inquire for details. Discount for birth doula care for midwife-attended homebirth, for Hadley residents, and for those who became pregnant via ART.

May include any of the following as desired:
 • In-home preparation of nourishing meals    • Breastfeeding & pumping support  • Laundry (wash & fold) • Housekeeping • Organize nursery & home • Baby care (diapering, rocking, bathing) • Infant massage & instruction • Moxibustion for mother (soothing Chinese heat treatment) • Faja care (belly binding- latina custom that reduces the size and crampiness of uterus) • Monitoring mother’s bleeding and involution (shrinking) of uterus • Shopping & errands • Sibling care • Walking & feeding pets • Screening for postpartum mood disorders • Information about local resources for parents • Acupressure &/or massage for mother

Minimum 3 hours. Mileage fee may apply.
Hourly Rates:
Weekdays: $30/hr.
Weekends & Holidays (as available): $35/hr.
Overnight Care: (infant care & breastfeeding support only, no housekeeping, cooking, etc.)           $30/hr.

Birth Doula clients and Hadley residents are eligible for a 15% discount on Traditional Home Postpartum Care. Other families are eligible for this discount when pre-paying for 30 hours or more of care.

Overnights, minimum 8 hours: $30/hr.
90-minute sleep consult & follow-up: $125.
